POINTS:

• The Armor of God: Appropriating the benefits and privileges of the gospel.

• The Belt of Truth is the word of God used to prepare for the fight.

• The Belt of Truth is the word of God used internally (inward parts).

• The Belt of Truth gives us a watchtower view of the battle.

• Satan mixes lies with God’s word and calls it “Your truth”.

• Just ok, is not ok.

• Truth is the objective standard by which reality is measured.

• We make things like our emotions, brilliance, other people, and social media our standard of truth instead of Jesus.

• Jesus is the standard of truth.

• In our inward parts, we must know what is Christlike, not just biblical.

• If you are not experiencing freedom then you are believing a lie.

• Satan infects our imaginations to create in us an inordinate desire.

• Inordinate Desire: something good that goes wild and unrestrained.

• Common sense, willpower, and blame are man-made belts that we use in the fight, but they cannot defeat the powers of darkness.
